Directions:

Suggested Use: Adults can take 1g (approximately ¼ teaspoon) per serving, up to 3 times a day. Children 3-15 years can take half the adult serving.

Traditionally served with tea. For the perfect serving of ginseng, mix ¼ teaspoon into 8 oz. of warm or iced water, adding honey as desired.
