HOW TO USE:
This is a toner used in the 'first step' of skin care after cleansing. It fills moisture and acts as a booster to help the next step's absorption by exfoliating.
Take an appropriate amount and apply it to the entire skin, then pat it in to absorb.
In particular, if you layer it multiple times on dry areas, the moisture will last longer.
