In a clinical test on 11 women after 24 hours of use:

In a consumer tested on 120 women after one week of use:

How to use
Starting at your lash roots, wiggle the inner curve of the brush to your lash tips. Repeat to build. For optimal effect, briefly press and hold the outer curve of the brush against your lashes to set and lift curl. To remove, use your fingertips to splash warm water on your lashes several times and press gently. The mascara will slide right off. You can also wet a cotton pad with warm water, press it to your eye, then wipe it away. It's not recommended for use with makeup remover.
